Husky vacation in Lapland

One of the best experiences, according to many surveys, is husky sleigh riding. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy the weekend at the husky farm, which also has a great country hotel and a great Italian restaurant!

The Lapland weekend begins: if necessary, we can pick you up from Kemi Airport or the train station. After a short transport, a sauna with a traditional authentic heater awaits you. Soft steam covers you and takes over your mind. After that, you can enjoy an Italian pizza in our restaurant, and maybe spot the northern lights: there is so little light pollution in the area that repos are almost always visible if the sky is clear.

A rich breakfast awaits you the next morning, followed by a tour of the huskies! You may be able to rent coveralls and shoes if you do not have the appropriate equipment. A small repetition of the safety instructions after the session will start the run, which will take up to an hour, depending on the weather.

After the ride you can warm up in the hut and grill a couple of sausages. The afternoon is free: for example, you can rent snowshoes and walk in our honka forest. After a long day of hiking you can enjoy our sauna and lots. You can also rent a lot. After the sauna there will be dinner, and after that you can spot the northern lights again!

Come and enjoy your husky holiday in Lapland! We offer you a winter holiday package for the winter season 2021/22 from € 249 / person (children 4-11 years € 179, 0-3 years € 40). The offer is valid throughout the winter except December 20 – January 9 and during the ski holiday week.

The best way to get here from the south is by train to Kemi. From there we can pick you up and drive to the hotel (distance about 45 minutes). Another option is to fly to Kemi-Tornio Airport, from where the drive to us is about half an hour.

The driving season with us lasts from about 10.12-15.4. Welcome!
